It’s the same product that I’ve used before, I just chose a lighter shade and hoped that I got the right one this time. As per Google, it’s the second lightest shade available. The previous shade I bought was creamy beige and the Light Ivory is waaaaayyy lighter. I knew I could always make lighter shades work because I could use it for highlighting. It was a better way to start than stark orange shades. Here’s how the shade translates to my arm. When you look at the picture above, it blended almost into nothing.
That’s supposed to be good, right? Well, not until you really want to conceal something and your concealer just vanishes once blended… That’s not good. With a concealer that’s as pigmented as this, a little should have gone a long way. But for some reason, the way this concealer blends depends on how much product you put. (Well, isn’t that wasteful?) At first, I thought that this concealer was fake, but I have ordered a bunch of products from that shop in Shopee and the rest performed well. I also compared the previous concealer that I bought in the mall, and it looked pretty much the same. 101% the same so I knew it couldn’t be fake. The thing is, you have to squeeze out a lot of product in order to get the most out of it. I’ve used this tube for about a week and it’s already 50% empty. It’s an affordable buy for P180-P250 but still, this is a raved product. But then, if it works on them, it won’t always work for me. I’m not a fan of the packaging/applicator as well. A brush tip applicator isn’t the easiest to work with. You can barely control the amount of product it dispenses. It’s either you can’t even dispense anything, or it dispenses a sh*t ton of product.
